Shipping
Fulfillment & Shipping takes on average 5-8 business days.
FULFILLMENT:
We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques.
More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time.
SHIPPING:
Shipping varies based on your location, but on average our shipping takes roughly 2-5 business days within Continental USA, once the fulfillment is complete.
EXAMPLE: Mrs. Smith orders an item, that item is printed and ready to be shipped in 3 days.
Shipping to her location takes 2 days, so Mrs. Smith should receive her item in 5-6 business days.
Returns
Products can only be returned due to printing errors or a damage or defective item.
If you receive your product and it is damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send us an email with 1 or 2 photos showing the error, damaged or defective item. We we communicate with regarding the return and your replacement item.
If you received the wrong size item, please double check your order. If the wrong size was sent in error, please take a photo of the product that shows the size and contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item, so we can get a replacement item sent to you as soon as possible.
